In your first year, we aim to familiarize you with pre-delivery maintenance of new and used cars, and enable you to install new car accessories.
You will acquire skills primarily through training, and from your second year onward, you will challenge yourself with vehicle inspections and repairs, as well as more advanced tasks such as engine removal and installation, fault diagnosis, and pre- and post-race maintenance.
We will assign you tasks that match your abilities.

Mechanics handling various top-brand cars are constantly required to acquire the latest knowledge and skills, and you will cultivate experience while striving to improve your skills through daily work.
The average number of cars serviced per day is about 1.5, allowing for a style of work where you can thoroughly focus on each vehicle.
Although they are imported cars, basic English vocabulary is sufficient.

Basic Salary

<Level 2 Automotive Mechanic Course>
Basic Salary: ¥180,000
Mechanic Allowance: ¥5,000

<Level 1 Automotive Mechanic Course>
Basic Salary: ¥180,000
Mechanic Allowance: ¥10,000
Total: ¥190,000

*Other benefits include transportation allowance up to ¥50,000 per month (according to regulations), overtime pay, incentives, etc.

Detailed job duties are learned through practical work, primarily through on-the-job training (OJT).

Training System

〇 New employee training system
Both the Automotive Maintenance Department and other departments provide approximately two months of training after joining the company.
Employees learn basic business etiquette and fundamental knowledge of supercar maintenance.
Training is conducted through practical experience gained through OJT. * Circuit Training Program
As M.R.P. is also a racing team, employees can participate in "driving training" at circuits.
Depending on your assignment, you can gain various experiences, including sports driving at circuits in the home country.

* Mechanic Training
Technical training is conducted approximately once a month for automotive mechanics in their first year and beyond.
Employees will learn about vehicle structure and other aspects from various angles, primarily through classroom lectures, at our facilities with mechanic trainers who possess specialized knowledge. Through this technical training, we strive to cultivate highly skilled mechanics with more specialized knowledge and further improve our services.

入社1年目は新車・中古車の納車前整備に慣れていただけるよう、
新車アクセサリー用品取付ができることを目標にしています。
研修を中心に技術を身につけ、
2年目以降は車検、修理にチャレンジする他、
一般整備以上のエンジン脱着や故障診断、レース前後のメンテナンスなど
あなたに見合った業務を行います。

 

各種トップブランドの車を扱うメカニックは、常に最新の知識と技術の習得を求められ、
日々の仕事の中で技術の向上を目指し経験を培っていきます。
1日あたりの整備台数は1.5台ほどですので、車にじっくり向きあうスタイルです。
輸入車ですが、英語は簡単な単語が理解できれば大丈夫。

研修制度

自動車整備部ともにご入社後、２ヶ月間程度研修あり。

OJT研修による実務経験の中で研修を重ねております。

〇サーキット研修制度
M .R.Pはレースチームでもあるため、サーキットでの「走行研修」を
受講することができます。
本国のサーキットを使用したスポーツ走行など配属により様々な経験を積むことができます。

○メカニックトレーニング
自動車整備士の入社1年目～を対象に月1回ほど、テクニカル研修を行っています。
専門の知識を持つメカニックトレーナーと施設で座学を中心に多様な側面から
車両構造などを学んでいただきます。こうしたテクニカル研修を行うことで
より専門知識をもった質の高いメカニックを育成し、更なるサービス向上に努めています。
